Your current Home Care Package will continue as normal until it transitions to the Support at Home program. When the transition occurs, your funding will remain at an equivalent level to your existing package and will align with the new legislated program guidelines.
There will be no interruption to your services, and you will continue receiving the care and support you rely on.
